Data Deletion

There is no separate deletion form or account settings page, because there is no separate account or database behind this website to remove one from — see how long information is kept in the Privacy Policy. Instead, use the Contact page: select Contact / Demo as the inquiry type, and in the challenge field, write “Data deletion request” followed by what you sent previously and roughly when. That is how Intelixa will know to treat the message as a deletion request rather than a new inquiry.

A deletion request is handled by a person searching an inbox, not a system running a query. Include the email address you used in your original inquiry, the organization name you gave, the approximate date you sent it, and which inquiry type it was (Contact / Demo, Partnership, or Investor / Strategic). The more of these you can give, the more reliably the right message can be located.

Intelixa will locate the email your original inquiry became, in the inbox it was delivered to, and delete it from the systems Intelixa directly controls. This is a manual step performed by a person, not an automated process, and there is currently no fixed turnaround time committed for it.

Your inquiry passes through Resend, Intelixa’s email delivery provider, on its way to Intelixa’s inbox. Intelixa can delete its own copy of your message, but any transmission-level record Resend or the underlying mail infrastructure retains on its own systems is governed by that provider’s own policies and controls, not Intelixa’s — Intelixa does not operate those systems and cannot unilaterally reach into them. Ordinary hosting-level connection records, of the kind described in the Privacy Policy’s automatic technical information section, are similarly outside what a deletion request against Intelixa’s own inbox can remove. Deletion therefore means Intelixa removing what it directly holds — not a guarantee that every copy, everywhere, is unrecoverable.
