When you submit the Contact / Demo, Partnership, or Investor / Strategic form, Intelixa receives exactly what the form asks for: your name, business email address, organization and organization type, country, the area you’re interested in, your job title and phone number if you choose to share them, and the description you write of the decision or situation you’re asking about. All three inquiry types use the same form and the same fields — the type you select only labels which kind of conversation you’re starting.

Nothing beyond these fields is captured from the form.

Solely to read your inquiry and reply to the business email you provided. It is not used to build a marketing list, scored or profiled by any model, or shared with advertisers. Every inquiry reaches the same inbox and is read by the same team, regardless of type.

Submissions are sent through Resend, an email delivery service, over an authenticated call from Intelixa’s server — the only third party that receives information submitted through this website. The message is sent from noreply@intelixa.in with its Reply-To address set to the email you submitted, so a reply from Intelixa’s inbox reaches you directly. The credential that authorizes this send is stored only on Intelixa’s server; it is never included in this site’s client code, network responses, or logs.

This website does not set cookies and does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind. If that changes, this page will say so before it happens, not after.

The inquiry form applies a short-lived, in-memory check keyed to your network address, purely to limit automated abuse of the form. It is not written to disk, not tied to your identity, and clears automatically. Separately, like most websites, the infrastructure that serves these pages may keep ordinary connection-level records — such as IP address and browser type — for operating and securing the service. That is a function of the hosting infrastructure generally, not something this form collects, and it is not used by Intelixa for profiling or marketing.

Intelixa does not operate a separate database for inquiries submitted through this site — a submission exists as the email it becomes, delivered to Intelixa’s inbox. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for that inbox. If you would like a message you sent removed, tell us through the Contact page and we will delete it.

This website is served over HTTPS, encrypting information in transit between your browser and Intelixa’s server. As noted above, the credential Intelixa uses to send inquiry emails never leaves the server.

You can ask Intelixa what information an inquiry you sent contains, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing in through the Contact page. This is a small, direct channel rather than a formal request system, so expect a personal reply rather than an automated process.

This policy describes Intelixa’s practices as they exist today. It will be revised as those practices change — including if Intelixa adds features, providers, or data uses this version does not yet describe.
