By using this website — browsing it or submitting an inquiry through it — you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, the appropriate step is not to use the site.

This is Intelixa’s public website: it describes Intelixa’s Decision Intelligence architecture and its ecosystem, and it provides a way to start a conversation through the Contact page. It is not a storefront, a customer portal, or a delivery platform for any product — nothing on it forms a purchase, a subscription, or a service agreement.

You may browse this site and use the Contact / Demo, Partnership, and Investor / Strategic form for its intended purpose: starting a genuine conversation with Intelixa. Using it to do anything else — including anything covered under “No unauthorized use” below — is outside what these terms permit.

Submitting an inquiry sends your message to Intelixa; it does not create a contract, an engagement, an offer, or any obligation on Intelixa’s part to respond, meet, or do business with you. What is collected, how it is used, and how it is delivered is described in full in the Privacy Policy, which this section does not repeat or override.

When you submit an inquiry, you are responsible for what you send: that the contact details are yours or that you’re authorized to give them, and that the content is something you have the right to share. Don’t submit anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else’s rights, or anything sent to impersonate another person or organization.

The content, design, and branding of this website — including the Intelixa name and the names of its ecosystem entities — belong to Intelixa. Viewing this site does not grant you any license to copy, redistribute, or reuse that content beyond ordinary browsing.

This site uses Resend to deliver inquiry emails, as described in the Privacy Policy. Intelixa is not responsible for that provider’s own terms or availability beyond the extent to which it is actually used here.

Descriptions of Intelixa’s architecture, ICC, and its wider ecosystem on this site are positioning and architectural description, not a guarantee of a specific capability, availability, deployment, or outcome. Where a page distinguishes a live capability from a direction or something in development, that distinction is accurate as of publication and is not a commitment about when it will change.

Intelixa may change, add to, remove, or take down any part of this website at any time, without notice, and does not currently commit to a specific level of uptime or availability.

You may not attempt to disrupt this website, bypass its rate limiting or abuse controls, submit the inquiry form for spam or automated bulk submission, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or otherwise interfere with its normal operation.

This website and its content are provided as available, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Intelixa is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. This is a general, good-faith statement appropriate to a site at this stage — a fuller clause tailored to a specific jurisdiction awaits founder/legal review and is not asserted here in its place.

Intelixa has not yet established or published a governing law or jurisdiction for these terms, and none is asserted here. This section is intentionally left open rather than filled in without that decision having actually been made, and will be completed once it has.

These terms describe Intelixa’s practices as they exist today and will be revised as the website and its practices change.
